The ski set consists of skis, boots and poles. For a seasonal rentals we are giving 50% discount on helmets and googles. Binding adjustment is in the price. We don't require any deposit to rent equipment, you only need a valid ID. Rental price can be paid cash, by card or by benefit vouchers Sodexo, Ticket Benefits, Benefit Plus and Cadhoc. Payment with benefits cannot be combined with discounts or promotions.
14 days = 7 days! You can pick your skis few days before your vacation and return them later, but still for the week price! Maximum total length is 14 days. Fro longer rental periods you can choose the rate of 15 - 21 days, or advantageous all-season rental.
The season starts every year in September and always ends on the last day of October of the following year (unless the last day falls on a Sunday).
During the year, you will receive one or two SMS from us with information about discounts and operational details. Of course, you can reject these SMS. More details can be found on our website.
The best time to rent equipment is always in September. Prices for all-season rental are the most advantageous and the selection the largest.
If your child grows out of the equipment during the year, we will be happy to exchange the equipment for a larger one and completely free of charge.
Yes, all payments for rental or service can be paid from corporate benefits. We accept Benefit+, UP!, Edenred and Sodexo cards. We also take vouchers for leisure activities from these companies. However, payment of benefits cannot be combined with special prices or discounts.
It’s not necessary, but we strongly recommend it to everyone.
Head and spine protection guarantees children greater safety on the slopes. Another advantage is that children quickly get used to these protective elements and take them as an integral part of skiing.
When handing over the equipment, the client confirms that the equipment is complete and in a usable condition. If you later find out that the equipment is malfunctioning or damaged, contact us immediately and we will resolve any replacement or complaint. Later, when returning the equipment, the complaint can not be resolved.
The equipment can be insured separately. The insurance premium costs 10% of the total rental price. The insurance subsequently covers damage, irreparable damage, theft and loss. Insurance deductables are stated in the terms and conditions.
Yes, if the equipment is not booked for the given date. If you have equipment borrowed for a weekend or a week, you can extend the rental by phone or email for any length of time, for example until the end of the season. You will only pay the difference according to the current price list.
For seasonal rentals, if you don’t want the equipment to get in the way of your home during the summer, you can return it already in the spring (until 30.4.), but no later than 31.10.
For short-term rentals, refer to the date indicated on the receipt. If you are not sure or if you have lost your receipt, please contact us and we will be happy to tell you everything you need.
Yes, if you are our regular customer, we have everything stored in the system. If we find specific equipment, it’s yours. If not, we will prepare an adequate replacement for you. Everything can be prepared even without your presence.
For seasonal rental, you always have one service included in the price. An obvious prerequisite is the use of skifixes. Always keep your equipment properly clean, ski boots with closed buckles.
Equipment is returned clean, skis strapped with skifixes, ski boots with closed buckles. A cleaning fee will be charged when dirty equipment is returned. For the loss of the ski belt (skifix) we charge 50 CZK per piece (if you deliver it to us, we will refund the money).
